Blog Posts in Zenzaii
Zenzaii lets you create posts in two easy ways:
- Manual mode: you write your own title and description, then edit content in preview.
- AI Assist mode: you describe your topic and let AI generate a draft for you.
Both paths end in the same place: you review, polish, and publish.
Before you start
Section titled “Before you start”Go to Posts from the main menu.
From the list view:
- Click New to open the post creation dialog.
- Open any existing post to edit, publish, or share it.
Option 1: Create a post manually
Section titled “Option 1: Create a post manually”- Click New.
- Open the Manual tab.
- Enter a clear Title and short Description.
- Choose visibility:
- Anyone Can See for normal public posts.
- Require Access Code if you want restricted access.
- Click Create Post.
- In preview/editor, add your content, images, and sections.
- Click Publish when ready.
If needed, you can later click Take Down to unpublish.
Option 2: Create with AI Assist
Section titled “Option 2: Create with AI Assist”- Click New.
- Open the AI Assist tab.
- In Topic, describe what you want the post to cover.
- Optionally set a Schedule Date.
- Click Generate.
- Review the generated draft in preview/editor.
- Edit and refine the post so it matches your brand voice.
- Click Publish when ready.
Tip: AI gives you a starting draft. Your best results come from reviewing and personalizing before publishing.
Publish, visibility, and sharing
Section titled “Publish, visibility, and sharing”After a post exists, you can:
- Preview to open the post editor view.
- Publish to make it live.
- Take Down to remove it from public view.
- Share (for published posts) to quickly distribute the post in social medias.
Helpful fields you may use
Section titled “Helpful fields you may use”- Topic: your AI prompt for direction and angle.
- Keywords: terms are emphasized in this post.
- Schedule Date: useful for planning your content calendar.
- Views: helps you see which posts attract attention.
Beginner best practices
Section titled “Beginner best practices”- Start with one audience problem per post.
- Keep the title specific and promise clear value.
- Add one internal link to a related page or offer.
- Publish consistently, then review what gets views.
